My name is Keyana Williams and I have just completed 10 years as an elementary teacher in grades 2nd-4th. Currently, I am a school counselor intern with just one more year before completion. Being in a school counselor certification program ignited my passion for social emotional learning in the classroom. As a new teacher behavior specialist I am committed to helping teachers overcome challenges and break through barriers to managing their classrooms effectively. As a non-evaluative coach my role is to solely help support teachers with behavior management confidentially without directly reporting to an administrator or linking with teacher evaluations.
